Project Developer
North of the Border is a private family owned real estate company who’s primary business is acquiring older buildings, preserving the structures, and redeveloping them into multi-purpose commercial properties. Its primary focus over the last 20 years, has been in the City and County of Denver, and most recently, Kansas City, Missouri and Missoula, Montana.
One of the Company’s most notable projects was the Denver Central Market. North of the Border’s first project in Missoula, was and is the Basecamp at Rattlesnake. All Missoula projects are managed by family member, Max Wolf, a Missoula resident and graduate of the University of Montana.
